Position: Training Improvement Consultant (Permanent)
Training Improvement Consultant for our Financial Advisory population

£44,000 - £50,000 + up to17.5% annual bonus + excellent benefits package

About the role

As a Financial Services Training Improvement Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and continually improving training for our FS division. This will include undertaking inductions for our Financial Advisory (FA) population, as well as ensuring they are kept fully updated and compliant with Life Sales processes and regulations!

Hybrid working from our Stratford-upon-Avon offices, you will deliver a range of training during your office-based days (circa 2-3 per week), working with circa 75 Financial Advisors, as well as our NAS (Non-advised Sales) colleagues. You’ll also support the Life advice proposition, working with Operations, Risk and Governance departments, ultimately ensuring compliance via the right training & improvement plans for our FS staff.

You’ll also be responsible for:

* Designing and delivering training to equip users with the knowledge to implement changes confidently and in line with company advice standards

* Supporting changes to Life Sales processes, systems (including Point of Sale), modelling tools, and documentation to support effective and compliant advice delivery

* Identifying and reporting on issues and risks, proposing mitigation plans in line with audit and regulatory requirements

* Delivering short-term projects and activities to agreed standards

About you

With a highly motivated and proactive mindset, and a strong background working within a FS / Advisory setting, you will be QCF Level 4 Qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning / DipFA) and be excited to thrive in a fast-paced, training environment!

You will also be able to showcase:

* Experience working in Financial Service functions, offering support and/or training

* Significant technical understanding of financial services regulatory regimes, including COBS

* Ability to deliver business process improvements and an efficient approach to your work

* A good understanding of tax and Financial Planning solutions and products

* Prior knowledge of using Training software - ideally Articulate

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments
