We are working with a prestigious client who is seeking a skilled Mechanical Shift Engineer to oversee electrical PPMs, reactive maintenance, and general building services. • Perform daily PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
• Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
• Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
• Handle general building maintenance tasks such as toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks when required
• Demonstrate knowledge of AHUs, FCUs, UPS, Generators, LV systems, and fault finding
• Manage BMS (Building Management System) including Head End Controls
• Maintain and repair HVAC plant, VAV, VRV systems, and water treatment systems

• City & Guilds Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
• Ideally, 3 years of experience in building services maintenance
• Strong building services knowledge and ability to fault-find on key systems
• Desire to succeed and learn within the role
