We're seeking a Systems Test Engineer to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. 🔧 About the Role

As a Systems Test Engineer, you'll be responsible for transforming customer and contractual requirements into robust, executable system‑level test solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring our systems meet the highest standards of performance, quality and compliance.

Your work will span the full test lifecycle - from initial analysis and planning to execution, coordination and comprehensive system evaluation.

✨ Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Translate customer requirements into comprehensive system testing strategies that balance technical demands, cost considerations and schedule constraints.
Lead the development and execution of test plans, procedures and schedules for complete system-level testing.
Coordinate integrated testing activities across teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Review and validate test requirements to confirm completeness and alignment with programme scope.
Perform technical analysis of full systems, producing in‑depth evaluations and performance reports.
Guide and support junior team members, providing coaching, reviewing work, and offering technical expertise.
Manage large projects or processes with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability.
