What You Will Do:

- Coordinate with Attribute teams to set and ensure target compatibility across multiple vehicle programmes.

- Manage the completion of all Attribute activities from project kick-off through to final engineering completion.

- Support the creation of Attribute targets through benchmarking and system requirements documentation.

- Track delivery progress using panel chart management and report programme status against gateway timelines.

- Collaborate with system and component teams to define and maintain cascaded target requirements.

- Participate in programme sign-off drives to ensure attributes are robustly demonstrated and validated.

What You Will Bring:

- A proven ability to use problem-solving tools such as Root Cause Analysis and Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.

- Experience in delivering customer-facing automotive attributes and working with engineering planning processes.

- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate across functions.

- A self-motivated approach with high drive and the ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of whole vehicle systems and cross-functional engineering principles.
