The company is also the exclusive UK supplier of the world renowned stone deck Pizza Master® ovens. Headquartered in Long Marston, near Stratford-Upon-Avon, Fatboys is dedicated to excellence in the catering industry.

This is a full time, office based Estimator/Purchaser role, with occasional site visits. Working on a mix of contracted, ongoing projects for high‑profile clients (typically £20k–£150k per project) alongside one off bespoke projects which includes larger, more complex schemes of up to £2m. The role involves taking off quantities and specified equipment from drawings and technical specifications, ensuring accuracy against project requirements, preparing accurate project quotations and cost estimates, purchasing equipment, liaising with suppliers, negotiating best prices, managing delivery schedules and working closely with designers and project managers to meet project requirements and supporting value engineering.

• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Experience in sourcing and purchasing equipment and materials.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).
• Comfortable working across multiple projects of varying values.
• Experience in the catering or construction industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Relevant qualifications are advantageous.

Salary:
Up to £35,000; dependent on experience, technical skills and project exposure.
