£25,583 – £33,699 (FTE)

Smart Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for a permanent opportunity within a supportive specialist SEN setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This role is ideal for experienced SEND professionals who are passionate about inclusion and committed to making a meaningful, long-term impact on children and young people.

Job Requirements:
• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEND (essential)
• Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Child or Adult Workforce) or willingness to obtain
• Valid passport
• Ability to provide 24 months of employer or academic references
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
Role Responsibilities:
• Support pupils with a range of additional and complex needs
• Assist with learning activities and personal development
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and specialist staff
• Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
• Encourage independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
