Teaching Personnel is excited to welcome enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to support several of our specialist education settings in the Henley‑in‑Arden (B95) area. About the role

We're searching for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of pupils with diverse additional needs, including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Autism (ASD), and Processing or Learning Difficulties (LD). In this role, you'll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver personalised support that helps pupils access learning, grow in confidence, and develop essential life skills.

You'll be part of a team dedicated to creating a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels understood, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.

• Deliver personalised one‑to‑one and small‑group support that meets each pupil's individual needs.
