The practice has developed a strong reputation for technical excellence, thoughtful design, and long-term client relationships.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technologist looking to join a growing and collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities – Architectural Technologist

* Produce detailed architectural drawings, technical packages, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD

* Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and external Consultants to develop coordinated technical solutions

* Support the delivery of projects across Residential and Commercial sectors, from planning through to construction

* Carry out site visits, surveys, and inspections, ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and design intent

* Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical and construction-related queries

* Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, coordination, and buildability

Requirements – Architectural Technologist

* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)

* Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Experience producing technical drawings and construction information

* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

* Residential project experience is highly desirable
