Jaguar TCS Racing is on the hunt for a dynamic Senior Partnership Sales Executive to help shape the future of our commercial strategy in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship. This is a rare opportunity to represent one of the world’s most iconic automotive brands on a global stage, driving meaningful partnerships that fuel innovation and performance.
You’ll be part of JLR’s Motorsport Commercial Partnerships team, where your expertise in securing high-value sponsor ships and activating brand collaborations will be key. We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in sport or entertainment partnerships, a sharp commercial instinct, and a network that opens doors. Responsibilities- Lead the development of new sponsorship opportunities for Jaguar TCS Racing, initiating conversations with prospective partners and identifying strategic alignment
- Create and maintain high-impact business development materials and presentations, while managing a structured pipeline of commercial prospects
- Deliver engaging presentations for senior leadership and executive board meetings, ensuring clarity, relevance, and strategic insight
- Plan and execute partner events and hospitality experiences both at and away from race environments, in collaboration with the JLR Motorsport Events team
- Collaborate with the strategy and consultancy team to produce industry insights, compelling proposals, and accurate valuations of partnership rights
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the commercial partnerships model and go-to-market strategy, supporting long-term growth
- Support contract negotiations and documentation, working closely with internal teams including Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Brand to ensure seamless execution
- Proven success in sports partnership strategy and business development, ideally within a rights holder or agency environment
- Strong experience in managing and reporting high-volume sales outreach, with a structured and results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams and external partners
- Skilled in planning and delivering prospective partner events, supported by solid administrative and organisational capabilities
- Proficient in producing persuasive, well-researched commercial proposals, with a sound understanding of the sports sponsorship landscape and market trends
- Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel as required
