Teach English across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to achieve their potential
Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
Support learners of all abilities, including targeted interventions
Contribute to departmental planning, resources, and enrichment activities
Participate in a structured ECT induction programme where applicable
Support assessment, tracking, and monitoring of student progress
