The business specialises in supporting clients withcladding combustibility risk, defects, and remedial works, and is currently managing a variety of projects across social housing, private landlords, consortiums, and management companies.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:
Report-writing skills Minimum of one years technical delivery experience within a construction consultancy. Pre- and post-contract experience. Excellent technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills. Proficient in IT software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Outlook, Word, Excel, and bespoke systems). Organised, diligent, and commercially aware. A team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude. Report-writing skills. On Offer Salary up to £50,000. Car Allowance £5000.
