• Solo Miles Pay: $0.43 per Mile with 1234 Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay: $12.00 per Stop with 51 Stops per Week
• Paid Training
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday NO WEEKENDS
• Start Time: 5:30 AM - 6:30 AM

• This position is primarily responsible for safely driving a vehicle and complying with safety regulations, with ongoing training and customer service.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records; loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Minimum of 6 months of verifiable driving experience
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Verifiable driving experience in like equipment if position being applied for is operating a straight truck or box truck
• 6 Months experience in the past 3 years, OR 2 years within the last 5 years, OR 5 years within the last 10 years
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and/or procedures

Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.

• Medical, Dental & Vision after 30 days
• 80 hours PTO your first year, starting Day 1 (use it or get paid for it)
