Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer at our Distribution Center in Stow, Ohio.

What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections while providing excellent customer service. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will work with visitors at all shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

  :
  Multiple shift options – Full‑time Thursday‑Monday 10 p.m.–6 a.m.; full‑time Saturday‑Sunday 6 a.m.–2 p.m. and Monday 2 p.m.–10 p.m.; part‑time Sunday 2 p.m.–10 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage of $16.29 / hour;

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Completed extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State security license if required.
