Eastern Metal Supply is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our onsite team in Stow, OH. In this role, you’ll drive growth by building strong relationships with new and existing customers, provide exceptional service, manage accounts, prepare accurate quotes, and contribute to the company’s success in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to deliver exceptional service
• Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and sales documentation
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions that drive satisfaction and repeat business
• Generate new business through leads and prospecting
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support

• Proven customer service or sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; strong math skills
• Metals or aluminum sales experience a plus
• College degree preferred but not required
