Job Summary:

Qualifications for this position include (but are not limited to):

• One of 2 Unit Managers, responsible to provide Nursing oversight to a designated unit providing supervision of all Clinical Floor Staff.
• This is a Monday thru Friday Position.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Must understand the team approach and be a supportive team member.
• Manage staffing as needed.
• Assist with admissions and other duties assigned by the DON/Administrator.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of providing nursing care, ambulating patients, transferring patients, assisting with exercises, etc.
• Possess excellent assessment skills.
• Must be able to provide instruction, supervision, and provision of nursing care and treatment according to the Plan of Care.
• Coordinates with the interdisciplinary team members and others who provide services to each patient to form a cohesive interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent and appropriate care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour

Experience:

• Nursing: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• RN (Preferred)
