A Great Opportunity. Full Time M-F 9am-5pm. Occasional evening or weekend shift. $45k-$48k salary.

Responsibilities- Managing a team of TBS Specialist by providing professional support, training and mentorship.
- Managing a caseload of clients at 30% productivity.
- Connecting clients with community resources.
- Ensuring that the treatment/behavior plan is being followed.
- Ensuring all required documentation is completed and sent to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicating and following up as needed regarding the client s status.
- Working collaboratively with those providing therapy, counseling and/or psychiatric services.
- Bachelor s degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Experience in community-based case management.
- Managerial experience is preferred.
- Valid driver s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
