Outdoor Pool Operations Lead — Summer

A public recreation facility in Stoughton, Wisconsin is seeking a Troll Beach Supervisor for the summer season. This role involves overseeing daily operations, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and providing exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational and leadership skills, be self-driven, and be able to manage a team of young staff. The position runs from June 10 to August 16, with hours of approximately 11:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., 35-40 hours per week.

Lifeguard training is a plus but not required.
