We are currently in need of a Weekend shift experienced CNC Foreman at our facility in Stoughton, Wisconsin supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is a Non-Union and salaried open position with periodic mandatory overtime. The selected candidate will oversee and manage the production, material flow, and quality control of production on the weekend shift in the welding & fabrication shop.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage workforce by delegating applicable job duties to qualified employees, enforcing attendance policy and training requirements, supervising overtime as needed, and review timecards for accurate job coding.
- Pull and record completed drawings and issue cut lists/shipping documents needed per the shipping schedule.
- Coordinate with office on completed loads for shipping papers and trucking.
- Train and monitor employees on safe and efficient work practices including participation in weekly safety WOCs, safety observations, monthly safety inspections, safety meetings and toolbox talks, and near-miss reports as needed.
- Participate in the development, training, maintenance and enforcement of work procedures established by the QA Manual and AISC standards.
- Assist in quality control reports and participate in daily hand-off meetings.
- Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Committed to expanding knowledge and fostering a culture of collaboration by sharing with others
- Experience with CNC machines and fabrication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of steel manufacturing industry,
