Troll Beach is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Supervisor to oversee daily operations and help create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for the community.

The Troll Beach Supervisor oversees all on-site facility, customer, and personnel activities.
Your mission:

• Maintain a clean and safe pool facility
• Foster a positive environment for staff and customers
• Support the economic viability of the program

• June 10 – August 16
• Open 7 days per week Noon-5:00pm
• Approximate work hours 11:45 a.m.–5:15 p.m.
• 35–40 hours per week
• Positions open until filled – don’t wait!

• On-site supervision and hands-on support
• Provide direction and feedback to staff and customers
• Maintain high standards in safety, cleanliness, customer service, and accountability
• Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service
• Report incidents and concerns promptly
• Handle attendance counting and money management
• Manage lifeguard scheduling
• Serve as liaison for bus groups
• Oversee facility maintenance before, during and after open hours
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Lifeguard training helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team ages 15–22
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Must be 18+
• Must pass a background check
