Environment of Care Manager (EOC)
Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Environment of Care Manager (EOC) to join our team on a Full‑Time basis in our Security & Safety department.
OverviewThe EOC manager plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors, and property. The manager develops and implements robust plans for emergency preparedness and response, tracks key performance indicators, and protects the organization’s people, property, and reputation while ensuring operational continuity in the face of various threats and emergencies.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators related to safety and security.
- Coordinate incident command and crisis management procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on emergency protocols.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective risk management.
- High school graduate or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Criminal Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
- BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Completion of Incident Command Systems courses (IS100, IS200, IS700 & IS800).
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate skills in Word, Excel and ability to create charts for reports.
- Full‑time, 1.0 FTE
- 40 hours per week
- Scheduled days:
Monday – Friday - Flexible start time between 6:30 am and 8:30 am
