Stoughton Health has an excellent employment opportunity for a Maintenance and Security Worker in our Plant Operations Department on a Full-Time basis. The role supports a collaborative and supportive work culture while providing exceptional, personalized service. • Maintain the physical structure and equipment of the hospital.
• Operate and maintain boilers.
• Perform electrical and basic plumbing repairs.
• Paint and execute carpentry work.
• Maintain devices and equipment involved in the hospital physical plant.
• Assist with security duties as needed.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Experience in plant maintenance: boiler, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry.
• Ability to obtain a Class C underground storage operator permit within six months of hire.
• Basic computer competency and Microsoft Office Suite skills (beginning level).
• Knowledge of non-violent crisis intervention or workplace violence policies.

Full‑time, 80 hours. Scheduled work: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Shift rotation: 3‑week cycle – Week 1:
Mon–Thu off, Fri–Sat work;
Week 2:
Sun–Thu, Fri—Sat off;
Week 3:
Mon–Fri work, Sat–Sun off.
