Overview
Neighborhood Free Health Clinic is seeking a mission-driven Clinic Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations in a nonprofit healthcare setting. This hands-on leadership role supports volunteers, healthcare providers, and patients while working closely with the NFHC Board of Directors.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure a safe, clean environment
- Recruit, onboard, and support volunteer providers and staff
- Manage electronic health records (EHR)
- Support scheduling, reporting, and administrative operations
- Assist with community engagement and outreach
- High school diploma required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred - Minimum 2 years of healthcare and leadership experience
- Intermediate computer skills (EHR, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to collaborate with volunteers, providers, and board members
- Spanish fluency a plus
- Full-Time (32 hours/week, 0.80 FTE)
- Monday–Friday, flexible schedule
