Overview

GM and Food (General Merchandise, Closing, Fulfillment, Inbound, Food and Beverage, Food Service, Starbucks) (T2258) role  Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $18.25 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist guests in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Engage with guests to solve their needs and provide guest services, including back-up cashier support and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders, delivering pickup orders).
• Receive products, restock shelves, organize the backroom, arrange merchandise, and post promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment for moving merchandise or store fixtures if certified.
• Execute processes such as changing prices, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed.
• Learn operational procedures affecting inventory, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to solve issues and improve the guest experience.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Assist with guest services and digital fulfillment while maintaining compliance with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws where relevant).
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Physical requirements:
  
  ability to handle cash registers, climb ladders, and move merchandise (up to 44 pounds) safely; ability to work in varying temperatures and environments as required by the role.
