$15,000 Sign-On Bonus | ? Massachusetts | ? Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
Are you a BCBA who’s passionate about creating meaningful educational experiences for students with special needs?
Join a mission-driven, collaborative team providing evidence-based education for children and adolescents (ages 5–21) with emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
In this leadership role
, you’ll collaborate with teachers and administrators to design, implement, and monitor individualized education and behavior plans—helping every student reach their full potential.
- Conduct FBAs, preference assessments, and develop Behavior Support Plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and prepare data-driven reports
- Supervise teachers and ensure classroom and IEP compliance
- Partner with the Director of School Services to enhance behavioral programming
- $15,000 Sign on Bonus
- Competitive Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 / based on experience

- Master’s in Education or Special Education
- BCBA (or board-eligible) required
- Severe Special Education Certification preferred
- 3+ years in a special education setting with supervisory experience.
