Full Time, Tuesday Saturday 7:00 am 3:30 pm
Hourly Rate: $18 - $22 per hour based upon experience
Responsibilities
As Customer Service Coordinator, provide support to customers after their furniture purchase, ensuring resolution of service issues. This role focuses on communication, coordination, and problem-solving to maintain high customer satisfaction:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after purchase
· Handle service concerns such as damages, missing items, or warranty questions
· Process exchanges, repairs, replacements, and refunds according to company policy
· Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to resolve concerns
· Escalate complex issues when appropriate
· Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and service procedures
Requirements:Qualifications

· Customer service experience preferred (retail or call-center experience a plus)
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
· Proficient computer systems, order management, and CRM tools
· Ability to multitask and manage multiple cases at once
