• Monitor and secure client sites through regular patrols and surveillance
• Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies
• Control access to buildings, ensuring safe entry and exit of staff and visitors
• Maintain accurate incident logs and security reports
• Provide a visible, professional security presence at all times
• Follow site‑specific procedures and collaborate with onsite teams

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high‑pressure situations
• A proactive, observant, and reliable approach to work
• Valid SIA licence
