NFU Mutual is recruiting a Customer Services Adviser to join its local agency office in either Portree or Stornoway. This role suits someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys being part of a small, close working team supporting rural communities.

• You will provide day to day customer service and administrative support within the local agency office.
• You will handle customer enquiries by phone and in person.
• You will manage paperwork, sales administration, and general office tasks.
• You may assist with basic bookkeeping and financial administration.
• You will help ensure the office runs smoothly and customers receive a personal, reliable service.

This is a full time permanent role.

You will be based in either the Portree or Stornoway office.

Working hours will be agreed as part of the appointment.

• You should have experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• You should be confident communicating with customers and providing support over the phone.
• You should be organised, reliable, and comfortable handling paperwork and systems.
• A flexible, people focused approach is essential.
• Full training will be provided.
