Utilize maintenance software to complete preventative maintenance, and work orders within assigned timeframe. Preferred 2 years experience in facility maintenance i.e. electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
Troubleshooting, problem‑solving, technical skills, power tool operation, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Subject to working inside and outside of hospital facilities.
Provide safe operation of snow removal equipment i.e. plow truck, skid loader, snow blower and tractor.
Must have a valid driver's license.
