Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant.
Responsibilities- Develop short and long-term goals and KPIs for the restaurant.
- Hire, train, and manage employees and conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service.
- Create and maintain a food and beverage budget.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations.
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.
- High school diploma/GED;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 2+ years restaurant management experience; fast casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
- Serv Safe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required certifications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems.
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
- Excellent management and leadership skills; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- 5 day work week; flexible hours; we are closed for major holidays including July 4th.
- Great hours with operating hours typically between 11 a.m. and 10 p.m.; no early mornings or late nights.
