Overview
0.8 - 1.0 Clinical Instructor/Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor (Pediatric Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner Program Director) Non-Tenure Track
Responsibilities- Teach in the Graduate program; contribute to curriculum delivery and development.
- Demonstrate mastery in clinical care, with recent Pediatric Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner practice experience.
- Assume the role of Program Director for the Pediatric Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner (PACNP) program.
- Engage in leadership/supervisory activities and/or experience precepting nurse practitioner students; upper division teaching experience is preferred.
- Valid Pediatric Acute-Care Nurse Practitioner NYS and National Certification (PACNP).
- Valid NY State Professional Nurse License.
- Recent Nurse Practitioner Experience in Pediatric Acute-Care.
- Teaching Experience.
- Doctoral Degree (Earned or In Progress).
- Experience Precepting Nurse Practitioner Students.
- Upper Division Teaching Experience.
- Leadership/Supervisory Experience.
