Overview

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to help drive spa operations. The position is designed for individuals who are passionate about client interactions, interested in learning about the wellness industry, and expanding their sales experience.

Responsibilities
  • Run the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and collaborating with spa managers to foster a client- and team-focused culture.
  • Lead by example in member conversion and customer service; coach and motivate the sales team.
  • Educate members and guests on services, upgrades, products, and memberships to promote health and wellness.
  • Handle administrative tasks as needed, including payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Manage a flexible schedule to accommodate evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
Qualifications
  • Growth-focused leadership path with clear progression:
    Spa Associate → Senior Spa Associate → Assistant Spa Manager, emphasizing operations, sales, leadership, and client experience.
  • Experience in front-desk management, training, and collaboration with management to build a positive culture.
  • Ability to connect with clients and offer individualized sales solutions; capable of coaching and motivating a sales team.
  • Interest in promoting health and wellness and the ability to educate on services, upgrades, products, and memberships.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with experience handling administrative tasks (e.g., payroll, scheduling, inventory, sales reporting).
  • Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt strategies to meet business needs.
