JOB SUMMARY

Abernathy Home Care is hiring a compassionate and reliable RN or LPN to provide supervisory visits for HHAs in client homes. This is not an in-office position — nurses travel throughout our service area. Mileage and travel time are paid. This role is perfect for nurses who value flexibility, independence, and meaningful client care

Immediate interviews available!

• Complete supervisory visits for Home Health Aides (HHAs)
• Conduct client assessments and update care plans as needed
• Provide occasional hands‑on nursing care (med setup, vitals, simple treatments)
• Document visits in Axis Care EMR
• Communicate changes in client condition to the care team
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Participate in weekend visits at least every other weekend

• Flexible, self‑scheduled weekday visits
• Weekend coverage required at least every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
• Mileage & travel time paid
• Paid training for nurses new to home care
• Competitive hourly pay based on license and experience

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in client homes
• CPR Certified
