Location: 200 Fallon Rd., Stoneham, MA 02180

Pay: $115,500 - $172,700 annually, depending on experience.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (hours subject to change based on business needs).

As the General Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Regional General Manager. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility. You will also oversee operations and any satellite projects as necessary.

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent combination of education and specific work experience
• 6 years’ experience in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Last‑mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired
• Experience with an independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills
• Ability to inspire a shared vision, empower and engage a team
• Strong organization and time‑management skills utilizing MS Office Suite

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization’s services
• Direct, plan, and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and systematically report these results to the Regional Operations and General Managers
• Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions, including coaching, skills development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity for hourly and salaried positions
• Ensure adherence to all aspects of the contract and work with vendors and independent contractors for accountability to the operating agreement
