We’re partnering with a top-tier mechanical contractor just outside Boston, MA that’s been delivering excellence for over 40 years—and they’re hiring!
Base pay: $/yr – $/yr
- Fully paid healthcare premium
- 401(k) with 6% match
- Company vehicle & phone
- Manage HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout
- Coordinate field crews, subs, vendors & clients
- Ensure timelines, budgets & quality standards are met
- 5+ years in HVAC or mechanical project management
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints & manage field operations
