• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of HVAC or construction estimating experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and subcontractor scope alignment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with strategic planning abilities.
• Proficient in estimating sheet metal and performing design work, including duct sizing.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procure.
• Effective time management skills and adapts well to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel throughout New England and the Northeast as required.
