Description
The Creative Services Project Manager is responsible for managing the workflow of creative projects for marketing assets and packaging. This position serves as a highly collaborative, cross‑functional role that involves gathering critical project scope details, understanding and conveying creative needs, managing milestones to meet deadlines, and tracking project data.
Summary of Responsibilities Key Duties Include- Creative Brief Intake – Manage creative requests and project timelines between channel owners and the creative team while ensuring briefs are clearly communicated and understood between all stakeholders
- Kallik Administrator – Manage the workflow of packaging projects through our Kallik platform. Drive projects through reviews, approvals and production sign offs. Provide Kallik training and onboarding as needed.
- Communication – Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and external vendors. Attend relevant production and project management meetings.
- Coordination – Coordinate any incoming or outgoing mailings of vendor proofs and material samples.
- File Organization and Transfers – Serve as subject matter expert for Digital Asset Management (DAM). Work closely with Creative Director to ensure proper organization of files. Provide support to pull and transfer files for requests and vendor FTP uploads as needed. Serve as project lead and power user for implementation/use of new DAM (Bynder).
- Data Reporting – Own data tracking, data capture and regular status updates.
- Degree in related field or equivalent working experience in Marketing, Sales or Project Management
- Background in the creative, agency or print industry preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and creative problem‑solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills
- General knowledge of design and print production processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Direct experience using Asana
- Experience with Bynder preferred or other DAM solutions
- Works in office environment with occasional visits to warehouse
- Hybrid in office schedule
