The role requires a bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, or Chemical Engineering and emphasizes strong management skills, along with experience in large scale sanitary sewer systems. Candidates must have at least 8 years of progressively responsible management experience and be familiar with EPA Consent Decrees.

A valid Georgia driver’s license is required. Competitive salary range from $106,856 to $172,039, commensurate with experience.
