Overview

The Clinical Practice Manager oversees daily operations of the Wellness Clinic and Homecare to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for Park Springs members. This role manages clinical workflows, supervises clinic personnel, ensures compliance with regulatory standards, manages our Homecare business, and supports the integration of wellness, preventative health, and care-coordination services. The manager promotes a positive member experience through service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong clinical leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows, timely member service, and high quality care delivery.
  • Supervises clinic staff including LPNs, MAs, and administrative personnel; provides coaching, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensures clinical compliance with state regulations, company policies, and documentation standards.
  • Develops and updates clinic procedures, protocols, and best practices to promote efficiency and member satisfaction.
  • Coordinates with Park Springs physicians and external providers to support continuity of care.
  • Maintains accurate and timely clinical records, reports, and incident documentation.
  • Monitors supply levels, orders medical inventory, and ensures proper equipment maintenance.
  • Supports billing accuracy, coding practices, and coordination with HR, Finance, and external insurance providers.
  • Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborates with other departments on care initiatives.
  • Handles member inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and service excellence.
  • Ensures proper orientation, onboarding, and competency validation for all clinic staff.
  • Maintains member confidentiality at all times.
  • Assists with hands-on clinical care as needed, including triaging patients, taking vital signs, performing lab work, and blood draws, with a strong focus on compassionate care for older adults.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, or RN/LPN with Admin experience preferred.
  • Minimum 35 years of clinical or medical office management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, healthcare documentation, and clinical best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a professional, service oriented approach.
  • Experience with EMR systems preferred.
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Walk and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Sit for up to several hours at a time.
