Location: Stone Mountain, GA (100% onsite)
As the Lead Application Engineer
, you will select, configure and quote commercial refrigeration equipment from our product portfolio with limited.layout. You will teach and assist peers on your team and external teams.
The team works with sales, customers and end users to provide pre‑ and post‑sales support. Responsibilities include selecting, quoting, configuring and troubleshooting standard to complex refrigeration systems to meet customer needs and applying our product portfolio appropriately. You will also contribute to product and software development with our leading engineers.
What We Are Looking For- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in the refrigeration industry with a deep understanding of systems and components.
- CO2 experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills and strong mechanical and math knowledge.
- Expert in calculations required for correct equipment application and integration.
- May need custom control programming knowledge.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience navy teams to achieve goals.
- Able to use Microsoft Office.
Compensation
:
This is a salaried exempt role. We consider senior or lead level roupas. Salary range approximately $93,000 - $138,600 annually. Factors include geography, skills, education and experience. Employees are eligible for annual bonus per company plan and are not eligible for overtime.
