We are looking for a Controls Systems Architect to work out of Stone Mountain, GA (Full-time) (100% Onsite).

The Controls Systems Architect is responsible for developing, standardizing, and advancing Heatcraft's control system technologies to ensure performance, reliability, and consistency across products.

Required Skills:
  • A bachelor s degree in electrical engineering is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong knowledge in control hardware, software, and algorithms.
  • Expertise in the integration of the electronic controls subsystems.
  • Proficient in system modelling and simulation.
  • Able to perform circuit analysis to determine power, currents, and voltages for all circuit components.
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and root cause analysis methods.
  • Good understanding and hands‑on experience with Reliability tools.
  • Excellent coordination with cross functional team across global.
  • Broad knowledge about developing and documenting electronic qualification testing.
  • Able to manage vendors and suppliers for project delivery and integration.
  • Knowledge of reliability procedures and how to design to meet reliability goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Familiar with concepts and processes of root cause analysis and correction, and failure modes effect analysis.
