Overview

As an Treatment Coordinator

Our ideal Treatment Coordinator has both front office and clinical dental assisting experience.

Responsibilities
  • Present financial treatment plans to patients
  • Have working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
  • Back office dental experience is a plus
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player
  • Provide great care, be reliable, and seek to grow professionally

Requirements Education/Credentials
  • A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
  • Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
  • Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
  • X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.
Job-related Experience
  • Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and public

    Word and Excel proficiency and ability to learn new programs as needed

Working Conditions
  • Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
