As an Treatment Coordinator

Our ideal Treatment Coordinator has both front office and clinical dental assisting experience.
Responsibilities- Present financial treatment plans to patients
- Have working knowledge and experience with dental insurance
- Back office dental experience is a plus
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, take direction, and be a flexible team player
- Provide great care, be reliable, and seek to grow professionally

- A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent is required.
- Associates degree in Business or equivalent is preferred.
- Bilingual is preferred, but not required.
- X-ray certification is preferred, but may be obtained through the Company.
- Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired for at least three (3) years.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with a pleasant demeanor at all times
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with all levels of employees and public
- Excellent organizational skills; strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and perform duties in a timely manner
- Strong computer skills;
Word and Excel proficiency and ability to learn new programs as needed - High degree of initiative, accountability and independent judgment
- Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management
- Must project a capable and professional image aligned with Company Values
- Travel between the assigned offices, if needed
- Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events and morning huddles
