As Warehouse Team Leader
, you will lead the daily operations of the Distribution Centre, ensuring stock is received, stored, picked and delivered efficiently and accurately across the resort. You’ll play a key role in enabling the business to meet its operational and financial objectives while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

• Champion departmental performance to support operational and financial goals
• Oversee the correct receipt, storage and documentation of stock from suppliers
• Ensure accurate picking through the Warehouse Management System, minimising discrepancies.
• Coordinate timely and safe deliveries to all resort units
• Maintain clear and effective communication between shifts and resort departments
• Manage and participate in stock takes, ensuring accurate counts.
• Maintain sufficient stock levels of key product categories including drinks, chocolate and ice cream.
• Minimise departmental wastage.
• Lead, support and train the Distribution Centre team in all aspects of their roles

• 1–2 years’ warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
• Full, clean driving licence
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills
• Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments
• Confident verbal and written communication skills
• A proactive, team‑focused approach with the ability to motivate others
