Warehouse Operative

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team with Immediate starts.

Shifts Available Monday - Sunday:

* 12 Midday - 8pm

* 5pm - 2am

Duties

* Efficiently pack products for shipping while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

* Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods from lorries.

* Utilise a warehouse management system to track inventory and manage stock levels.

* Participate in shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

* Engage in picking and packing activities, accurately selecting items based on orders.

* Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring that all packing materials are readily available.

* Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all packed items meet company specifications.

Qualifications

* Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of packing processes.

* Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is an advantage.

* Experience in materials handling, including the ability to lift heavy items safely.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control practices.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
