Are you an experienced logistics professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation as a Senior Logistics Coordinator, playing a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient and compliant logistics operations.

The Role

In this hands-on, fast-paced position, you will be responsible for leading daily logistics activity and ensuring exceptional delivery performance. Your duties will include:

  • Managing day-to-day logistics operations
  • Planning transport routes, schedules and allocating carriers
  • Overseeing warehouse processes including picking, packing and loading
  • Monitoring carrier performance, service levels and KPIs
  • Handling delivery issues and escalations with a professional approach
  • Completing logistics administration: dispatch paperwork, claims, audit trails
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
  • Leading, coaching and supporting the logistics team
  • Managing import/export processes where required
About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience in a logistics, transport or supply chain leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of delivery planning and carrier management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem solving ability
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and stock/ERP systems
