The AA – We’re looking for a Roadside Rescue Mechanic to help our members get back on the road safely. You’ll work with training, support, and development opportunities.

Base salary: £37,152 (average 40 hour week). Top performers can earn up to £60,000 OTE.

• Communicator – diagnose issues and explain solutions clearly to customers.
• Self‑starter – work independently and as part of a team, driving to different locations in all weathers.
• Problem solver – use technical expertise to fix roadside problems or arrange vehicle recovery.

• NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
• Full Category B driving licence with 6 points or less.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
