What You Will Do:

Manage and lead on complex cases, ensuring safeguarding and well-being for children and families

Undertake detailed assessments and intervention planning tailored to each case

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team knowledge through shared learning

Liaise with external agencies to build coordinated support around children

Actively participate in team and supervision meetings, ensuring reflective practice

What We’re Looking For:

Social Work England registration

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience, ideally within children’s services

Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and mentor colleagues

Commitment to multi-agency collaboration and strength-based practice
