Are you an experienced and proactive Social Worker looking for your next locum opportunity? My Client is currently recruiting for a Duty & Assessment Social Worker to join a busy and supportive team in Stoke-on-Trent, offering a competitive rate of £33.30 per hour.

The Role:

As part of the Duty & Assessment team, you will:

Undertake Child & Family Assessments

Manage a varied and fast-paced caseload

Complete Section 47 investigations

Work closely with partner agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children

Make timely and effective decisions in line with statutory guidance

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration

Proven experience within Duty & Assessment / Front Door services

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
