Senior Practitioner needed for our Corporate Parenting Young People’s 14–17 Team in Stoke-on-Trent, paying - £33.30 ph

We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our Corporate Parenting Young People’s 14–17 Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic, supportive service committed to achieving the very best outcomes for our cared-for children and care leavers.

• Job Title: Senior Practitioner
• Salary: £33.30 per hour
• Location: Stoke-on-Trent
• Contract: Full-Time, Temporary

• Lead and coordinate Pathway Plans for young people aged 14–17 Provide consistent, child-centred support to cared-for children and care leavers
• Support young people with education, training, employment, housing, and independence skills
• Build positive, trusting relationships with young people and their networks
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver holistic support
• Maintain high-quality case records and statutory documentation
