CCP is excited to partner with an expanding financial services organisation that is continuing to go from strength to strength. Off the back of impressive growth and performance, we are now recruiting two experienced IVA Advisors to join their established and successful team based in Cheadle, near Stockport.

As an IVA Advisor, you will work closely with clients to gain a full understanding of their financial position. This will involve detailed conversations around income, expenditure, and outstanding debts, allowing you to provide informed, responsible advice and recommend the most appropriate debt solution for each individual.
Key Duties- Managing inbound, pre-qualified enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Confidently handling objections while delivering excellent customer care
- Accurately capturing full income and expenditure information
- Reviewing each client's circumstances to identify the most suitable solution
- Staying focused on individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining strong telephone standards and a supportive, client-first approach
