• Performing basic carpentry and plumbing
• Carrying out works on kitchen and bathroom projects
• Undertaking heavy lifting duties

• Previous labouring or maintenance experience within the social housing sector
• A full UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
• The ability to commute to and from site reliably
• The ability to pass a DBS check

• Use of a company vehicle during the day
• Weekly pay (CIS and PAYE payments available)

This role offers £18 per hour.

Based around Stoke‑on‑Trent and Newcastle‑under‑Lyme, this role is easily accessible from Junctions 15 and 16 of the M6 Motorway.
